Nickname Game

I'm wondering if it is just me or does everyone play the nickname game with their kids (and pets)? The boy started out as Roo (in vitro) and came out as Caden. Since then I think I have used the name Caden maybe 20 times. Here is a sampling of the nicknames we use:
